Puerto Rico Industrial Development Company (PRIDCO) is Puerto Rico's state industrial development corporation, attached to the Department of Economic Development and Commerce. It manages more than 1,500 industrial and commercial units and 21.5 million square feet of space, using that footprint to attract and retain operating companies on the island.

Its public routes mix negotiated cash support with in-kind real estate backing. The record includes a discretionary direct grant for job creation and infrastructure, the FEDE Innovative PyMEs program with awards up to USD 100,000, a Marine Transportation Incentive up to USD 2,000, WIOA-linked training grants, and industrial lease support. Eligibility centers on promoted projects, innovative small and midsize businesses, and strategic firms in manufacturing, life sciences, aerospace, technology R&D, and related fields.

PRIDCO works through rolling project-by-project engagement rather than open calls. Companies typically enter through consultation and site selection, then negotiate incentives alongside lease terms and project commitments. That makes the agency most relevant for relocations, expansions, and capital-intensive projects that need both space and cash support from a single public counterparty.
