PRIDCO manages Puerto Rico's largest industrial real estate portfolio — 1,500+ leasable units, 760+ commercial lots, 21.5+ million square feet across multiple municipalities. It offers competitive (below-market) industrial leases and build-to-suit custom properties for strategic projects. Planning and permitting assistance is bundled with the lease relationship. Notable tenants include Copan Industries, Lockheed Martin, and Honeywell. This program is an in-kind subsidy (below-market facilities), not a cash grant.
