RTX Connect Up Charitable Giving

RTX Connect Up is RTX Corporation's 10-year, $500 million corporate social responsibility initiative (2021–2031) across three pillars: Lifelong Learning (STEM education access), Honoring Service (military veterans and families), and Local Community Impact (food security, disaster relief, conservation). Grant applicants must be permanent 501(c)(3) organizations or international equivalents aligned to at least one RTX focus outcome. Standard unsolicited grants submit via the Versaic portal during the annual June 1 – July 31 window for consideration in the following calendar year. Larger grants (above $50,000) require a donation/grant agreement countersigned by the RTX CSR team. RTX employee engagement with the applying organization is strongly preferred but not formally required. Preapproved partner organizations with an access code may apply approximately February through October 20.
