The Proof of Concept Program provides up to $25,000 to entrepreneurs, universities, existing South Dakota companies, and other entities committed to commercializing results in South Dakota. Applications are accepted year-round; GOED forwards submissions to a two-tier review panel within 10 days of submission. The program also serves as South Dakota's SBIR/STTR match vehicle.
