Space FloridaFloridaGrant

The Florida Space Research Program (FSRP) is a matching grant program co-funded by Space Florida and the Florida Space Grant Consortium (FSGC, NASA-affiliated), administered primarily by FSGC at the University of Central Florida. Eligible applicants are faculty researchers at FSGC-affiliated Florida universities and colleges; non-affiliated Florida institutions may apply if they meaningfully collaborate with a FSGC affiliate who submits the proposal. Research must align with one of NASA's five Mission Directorates: Science, Aeronautics, Human Exploration, Space Technology, or the Space Technology Mission Directorate. The program aims to leverage results toward larger federal and industry awards. At least 10 projects per cycle are anticipated. The 2026–27 cycle had a Notice of Intent deadline of April 17, 2026, and a proposal deadline of May 29, 2026.
