Funds A bilateral aerospace grant program jointly funded by Space Florida and the Israel Innovation Authority.
A bilateral aerospace R&D grant program jointly funded by Space Florida and the Israel Innovation Authority (formerly the Office of the Chief Scientist). Teams must include one Florida-based company and one Israel-based company. Projects must demonstrate near-term commercialization potential and economic benefit to both regions. The combined annual budget is approximately $2 million per year, with over $22 million invested since the program launched in 2013. Focus areas include satellite communications, microgravity research, artificial intelligence, and micro/nano-robotics. Each agency scores applications independently and arrives at a joint funding decision. Recent 2024–2025 recipients include Lockheed Martin, Sidus Space, KBR Wyle Services, and MySky Eco. A 2026 Call for Projects was open at the time of research (May 2026).
Each grant below is a distinct funding opportunity with its own eligibility, scope, and deliverables.
