The Lee Kuan Yew Global Business Plan Competition (LKY GBPC) is a biennial deep-tech startup competition organized by Singapore Management University's Institute of Innovation & Entrepreneurship (SMU IIE) since 2002. It awards cash prizes, investment prizes, and grants to university-affiliated startup teams globally, with a total prize pool of S$2.5M+ per edition. The competition runs across two tracks — pre-revenue (0-to-1) and revenue-generating (1-to-Infinity) — and focuses on Urban Solutions & Sustainability themes. Enterprise Singapore co-funds the Startup SG Grant Prize (S$50,000) as a named grant partner.
