Amplify is for Canadian ocean startups already taking part in a challenge, accelerator or early-adopter program run by an Amplify Partner, and ready to engage real customers or investors through pilot or demo projects. It funds critical commercialization activities — things like technology deployment, materials, equipment or travel for field trials — that turn product validation into sales and scaling opportunities. Companies must be Canadian-incorporated, seven years old or less, and have 50 employees or fewer.
