Awards equity-free cash prizes and strategic investment access to ConTech startups pitching to a consortium of ten construction-industry corporate venture arms.
This is the tenth time CEMEX Ventures and its partner corporate venture arms have run the competition together, following a full slate of prior winners from earlier editions. The competition looks for ConTech startups across five tracks: preconstruction technology (BIM, cost estimation, planning), jobsite productivity and building systems (robotics, 3D printing, safety), climate technology for the built world (carbon capture, sustainable materials, energy efficiency), smart manufacturing and logistics, and smart buildings and infrastructure. It is run jointly by CEMEX Ventures, BCA, Caterpillar, Dysruptek by Haskell, Ferrovial, Hilti Venture, VINCI Group's Leonard, NOVA by Saint-Gobain, Trimble and Zacua Ventures.
