The programme wants young entrepreneurs aged 18-30 from Hong Kong, Macau and Guangdong building early-stage digital-technology startups or projects with a minimum viable product or prototype. Teams must be cross-region, with at least one Hong Kong ID holder and one participant from Macau or Guangdong, and at least half the team holding Hong Kong ID.
