The call funds national Safer Internet Centres delivering four core services: an awareness-raising centre for children, parents and educators; a helpline for children's online-safety concerns; a hotline for reporting online child sexual abuse material; and a youth panel giving children a voice on digital-safety issues. Centres must strengthen support for children in vulnerable situations and cooperate with the Commission's role enforcing the Digital Services Act.
