The Commission is funding the integration and qualification of Galileo Public Regulated Service (PRS) receivers into existing military operational platforms, alongside stronger navigation-warfare (NAVWAR) capability. Work centres on Galileo PRS receiver technology and a NAVWAR information-management system that must also support guided munitions and missiles in operational use. Eligible activities span design, system prototyping, testing and qualification, including related upstream and downstream work.
