This is a Thematic Call run through a partnership and co-funding scheme: ESA typically covers technology and market risk, while applicant companies provide private co-funding. Pitches were accepted across two batches inside a 12-month window, and depending on content the resulting contract sits under a suitable ARTES programme line.
ESA wants business propositions across four themes: AI/ML with Cloud and Virtualisation, Digital Twins, Sustainable Mobility, and Green Value. Priority sectors named on the page are smart mobility, the integrated European energy market, urban sustainability, food and agriculture, natural disaster management, and clean water.
