ESA wants space-based applications that tackle environmental crime -- corporate greenwashing and carbon-credit fraud, poaching and illegal wildlife trade, illegal fishing and dark-vessel tracking, illegal mining, and illegal waste dumping. Proposals should detect and monitor risk areas, track goods through supply chains, or verify compliance claims using Earth observation, GNSS or satellite communications.
