ESA supports both Feasibility Studies, where teams analyse, design and plan their service, and Demonstration Projects, where teams pilot the service with real users and aim to reach operational status. This is a non-competitive Call for Proposals issued under the ARTES BASS programme line; bidding teams need a Letter of Authorisation from all involved National Delegations before submitting a Full โ€ฆ

ESA wants sustainable space-based services that help decarbonise the maritime industry and help shipping companies comply with new European and international regulatory frameworks. The call is split into four sub-themes, each opening at its own time: Digitalisation and Logistics Optimisation, Maritime Autonomy, Ports Decarbonisation, and Green Fuels.
