Scale and contextualise proven interventions that improve social, mental and socio-economic outcomes for people with dementia and reduce the emotional, financial and physical burden on informal caregivers. Strengthen coordination across health, long-term care, social services and communities; assess cost-effectiveness and sustainability; address gendered caregiving, inequality, vulnerable groups and long-term integration into care and policy systems.
