The Depot Charging Scheme part-funds the installation of charging infrastructure at fleet depots to support zero emission HGVs, vans and coaches.

It is for organisations with a UK fleet that includes, or will include, at least one battery-electric van, HGV or coach, and that own or lease UK depots.

In scope: installation of charging infrastructure at fleet depots for battery-electric vans, HGVs and/or coaches. The primary users of funded infrastructure must be commercial vehicles. The scheme works alongside existing vehicle incentives for zero emission vans and HGVs. Support for purchasing electric vans and HGVs is available through the Zero Emission Van and Truck Grant.
