This open Innovation Action supports new, emerging or unforeseen challenges and creative or disruptive solutions for protecting citizens against terrorism, including in public spaces. Proposals should identify a clearly unaddressed challenge, develop and demonstrate tools or procedures with police users, and explain how they improve prevention, detection, response, training or cooperation while protecting personal data and fundamental rights.
