Scaling existing Direct Air Capture technologies to pilot demonstration in relevant environments, improving capture and regeneration cost efficiency, materials, process design, durability, manufacturing, renewable-energy flexibility and air contact. Projects must reach TRL 7, evaluate recycling and reuse, address cold, humid or polluted operating conditions where relevant, validate simulations experimentally and complete a cradle-to-grave life cycle assessment.
