Develop holistic Connected, Cooperative and Automated Mobility solutions for rare and high-risk events including extreme weather, incidents, cyberattacks, traffic disruption and loss of operational-design-domain coverage. Cluster scenarios and stakeholder roles; develop and test critical-situation detection, local deconfliction, countermeasure and decision-support tools; integrate relevant infrastructure, communications, mobility platforms, traffic control and emergency services; validate risk reduction and negative impacts in relevant environments; and address governance, user trust, SSH participation, EU-CEM and CCAM Partnership uptake.
