Develop, test and showcase diversified cropping innovations, business models and cooperation models that improve farmer profitability, resilience and sustainability. Projects should address temporal and spatial crop diversification, including rotations and associations, and value crops and by-products through local value chains for food, feed, industrial products and ecosystem services. The work covers economic, social and environmental viability, climate and biodiversity effects, farmer transition support, organic farming, multi-actor involvement, farmer SMEs, financial support to third parties, exploitation and creative practice-oriented dissemination.
