Prepare a pre-commercial procurement for innovative tools, systems and technologies that improve surveillance, prediction, prevention, risk management and diagnosis of climate-related environmental health risks. The action supports public procurers with shared needs, not direct R&D grants to developers. Projects should involve end users, procurement decision-makers and healthcare or local authorities, and plan a fast-track PCP or follow-up procurement for at least one successful solution.
