A capital-markets study paired with a working investment solution: analysing why private and institutional capital isn't flowing into New European Bauhaus-aligned neighbourhood transformation projects, then designing, validating and publishing an investment approach — built on place-based impact investing — that closes the gap. The solution has to be tested on real NEB-aligned projects in at least three Member States or Associated Countries, and has to build on the Commission's own New European Bauhaus Investment Guidelines.
