This Coordination and Support Action helps research-performing organisations across the EU and Associated Countries adopt or expand institutional open-access and rights-retention policies. It should connect policy-makers, funders, libraries and research organisations, account for national legal and policy contexts, and address research assessment, open-access costs and disciplinary differences.
