Introducing Green Technologies in SMEs
Pays Bulgarian SMEs up to €450,000, covering up to 70% of eligible project costs.
Eligible investment costs (physical and intangible fixed assets for circular-economy projects) are capped at €90,000, and a separate line for achieving environmental-standard compliance is capped at €15,000, within an overall project grant of up to €450,000 covering up to 70% of costs. Approved projects run for 12 months, and proposals are due by the stated submission deadline.
The call funds SMEs that want to adopt circular-economy practices: better waste and wastewater handling, using recycled or bio-based raw materials, cutting or replacing plastic packaging, and designing products that can be reused, repaired or disassembled at end of life. It also covers the cost of meeting environmental standards such as EMAS, ISO 14001 and the EU Ecolabel.
