FuzeHub selects a group of finalists from small and medium-sized manufacturing and technology companies across New York State to pitch live before a panel of judges and a public audience at the New York State Innovation Summit. Finalists compete for one of seven awards: a $150,000 grand prize and six runner-up awards of $50,000 each. The prize pool comes from the Jeff Lawrence Innovation Fund, an โ€ฆ

The competition looks for small and medium-sized manufacturing and technology companies across New York State that are ready to commercialize a specific product or technology - past finalists have spanned medical devices, energy storage, robotics charging, biotech and food-science ventures. Award funds must go toward improving an existing prototype so the company can pursue further investment, customers and commercialization.
