Monitoring and Evaluation of the Societal Readiness Pilot
Funds one project that monitors and evaluates how roughly eighteen other EU-funded pilot projects handle interdisciplinary 'Societal Readiness' work.
An evaluation committee partly made up of representatives from EU institutions decides the award, rather than external reviewers alone. Because the winning team studies confidential material from other pilot projects -- their Descriptions of the Action, first reports and final reports on Societal Readiness -- the awarded Coordination and Support Action has to sign a declaration of confidentiality.…
The Commission wants a single Coordination and Support Action that analyses how around eighteen 'Societal Readiness' pilot projects, funded across eight Cluster 5 topics in the 2025 work programme, actually integrate social-science and humanities input alongside technical work, and turns that into recommendations for future EU-funded R&I projects.
