This Pathfinder Challenge wants breakthrough research into crops that tolerate combined climate stresses — heat, drought, salinity, flooding — while maintaining or increasing yield and biodiversity. It also wants alternative biomanufacturing routes that boost the nutritional value of crops using native or non-native ingredients, reaching Technology Readiness Level 4 with a viable plant by the end of the project.
