MSCA Staff Exchanges 2027
Funds secondments of staff between partner organisations worldwide so researchers and R&I staff gain cross-sector, cross-country and cross-discipline experience.
This is a single-stage call with a EUR 95 million budget; no per-proposal award range is published. Secondments must involve physical mobility between independent legal entities — virtual mobility doesn't count — and the project should include networking activities like workshops and conferences to share knowledge across the partnership. Applications go through the EU Funding & Tenders Portal.
This topic funds staff exchanges between academic and non-academic organisations, including SMEs, from across the globe, built around secondments where staff physically relocate to a partner organisation. Exchanges can be international, inter-sectoral or interdisciplinary, and must go beyond previous collaborations to build or strengthen long-term partnerships between the organisations involved.
