Biponi Scheme
Pays rural Assam industry units' stall rent and daily allowance to exhibit at trade fairs.
To qualify, the applicant must be between 18 and 50 years old, and there is no minimum educational requirement. Support varies by distance tier rather than a flat daily rate: within-district participants get a Rs. 5,000 stall-rent ceiling paid directly to the organiser, or a Rs. 500-per-day lump sum if sponsored from another district; outside-state participants get 50% of stall rent reimbursed up …
The scheme funds one specific activity: taking a stall at a trade fair, mela or exhibition inside or outside Assam. It is not general working-capital or start-up support.
