Grants Kerala's sick manufacturing MSMEs up to Rs5 lakh to restart operations.

An eligible unit needs an Expert Committee-recommended Revival Project Report showing it can become financially viable again. Based on that report, the unit can draw a Margin Money Grant (50% of the bank's required margin, capped at Rs2 lakh), a one-time restart-expenses payment for machinery or repairs, and help with statutory dues, all counted against a total per-unit cap of Rs5 lakh.
