The Greenovation Renewable Energy for Livelihood Challenge backs distributed renewable energy solutions for rural and peri-urban India, covering cold chain and food preservation, water access and purification, productive-use livelihood equipment, DRE operations and service ecosystems, women-led clean-energy enterprises, and DRE data and finance tools. It targets early-stage prototypes through market-ready solutions addressing India's cold-chain losses and rural water access gaps.
