IIM Lucknow Enterprise Incubation Centre (IIML EIC)

UDBHAV 3.0 – Blockchain Incubation Program

Offers Indian blockchain startups a free 6-month incubation with mentoring.

Run by IIML EIC's Centre of Excellence in Blockchain Technology, the program has Uttar Pradesh's state government behind it, and pairs Microsoft's technology expertise with Kerala Blockchain Academy's know-how as its knowledge partner. Selected startups get a 6-month no-cost incubation with mentoring, supercomputer, IoT and 3D-printing lab access, plus commercialization and legal/IPR support.

The program is for DPIIT-recognised startups registered in Uttar Pradesh with at least 51% Indian founder equity, actively building blockchain-based products, platforms or use cases -- enterprise blockchain, Web3, decentralized applications, supply chain, GovTech and fintech blockchain. It favours practical, working implementations over purely conceptual Web3 ideas.
