MeitY's GENESIS EIR program places selected entrepreneurs in residence at FiiRE Goa, an IIM Kashipur-style incubator based in Goa, for a fixed program duration during which they must be physically incubated on site. The program targets aspiring entrepreneurs building in electronic design and manufacturing, deeptech software and products, or ICT, using technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, VLSI/semiconductors, cybersecurity, blockchain, quantum computing or AR/VR. Applicants must be at ideation, concept, validation, proof-of-concept or early prototyping stage.
