Energy renovation solutions - Making buildings’ renovation faster, deeper, affordable, smarter, service- and data-driven
Funds multi-country building-renovation projects with EU contributions of up to EUR 2 million at a 95% rate, covering either renovation business models and construction-sector capacity (Scope A) or building-performance data tools like Energy Performance Certificates (Scope B).

Scope A backs demand aggregation, replicable business models and construction-sector capacity building that make renovations faster, cheaper and higher quality. Scope B backs better building-performance data and instruments, improving Energy Performance Certificates, Renovation Passports and the Smart Readiness Indicator so renovation decisions and financing rest on more reliable numbers.
