LIFE Clean Energy Transition wants projects that create or expand One-Stop Shops giving building owners end-to-end support for clean-energy renovation — technical design, permits, contractor selection, financing and works supervision, all in one service. Scope A targets private homeowners (including complex and condominium buildings); Scope B targets professionally-owned rental housing, such as housing companies, cooperatives or real-estate investors. Services can be delivered by public or private entities, on either a for-profit or not-for-profit basis, but proposals limited to generic information or an online platform without on-site interaction don't qualify.
