One-Stop-Shops - Integrated services for clean energy transition in private buildings
Covers up to 95% of costs for setting up a one-stop shop that handles a homeowner's entire renovation journey, from technical assessment to financing to quality checks.

The LIFE Clean Energy Transition programme wants projects that create or expand a One-Stop Shop giving private building owners end-to-end support for clean-energy renovation, covering technical assessment, contractor selection, contracting, financing and quality supervision, all in one service. Applicants must pick a single target market — owner-occupied or rented residential buildings, buildings owned by a professional landlord, or commercial buildings mainly occupied by SMEs — and clearly state it in the proposal. The service can be delivered by public or private entities on either a for-profit or not-for-profit basis, but must go beyond simply complying with national rules that already require One-Stop Shops.
