Eurostars-3 is the current phase of the EU's Innovative SMEs partnership under Horizon Europe, continuing the earlier Eurostars and Eurostars-2 programmes and coordinated by the EUREKA Initiative Secretariat in Brussels rather than by NCBR itself. NCBR's own contribution is capped at whatever share of the total international project budget belongs to the Polish partner, converted from euros to zlo…
Open to any field, with no thematic restrictions. Polish micro, small and medium enterprises, alone or in a group of SMEs, can apply as long as the project is market-oriented — aimed at a new product, process or service — and has a civilian, non-military purpose.
