Parkwalk Advisors is a wholly-owned subsidiary of IP Group plc, acquired in February 2017, and is the UK's largest growth EIS (Enterprise Investment Scheme) fund manager with £557 million in third-party assets under management as of FY2025. Founded in 2009, Parkwalk has backed more than 200 companies and raised £29.0 million in new third-party funds during 2025. The firm is FCA-authorized and regulated, and deploys EIS equity capital — a UK tax-advantaged vehicle providing investors 30% income tax relief, capital gains relief, and loss relief — exclusively into deeptech companies emerging from UK universities.

Named active funds include: the Opportunities EIS Fund (open; early-stage, Series A–C; sectors include Quantum Computing, AI, MedTech, Life Sciences, and CleanTech; 8 portfolio companies); University of Cambridge Enterprise Funds; University of Oxford Innovation Funds; Imperial College Enterprise Funds; University of Bristol Enterprise Funds; and the Northern Universities Venture Fund co-launched in 2025 with Northern Gritstone (covering Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Sheffield). The Knowledge Intensive EIS Fund V is closed. All open funds back UK university spinouts and early-stage deeptech companies across HealthTech (digital health, life sciences), DeepTech (AI, quantum, hardware), and CleanTech (AgTech, future mobility).

This is equity investment, not a grant program. There are no published deadlines, competitive rounds, or open calls. Founders access Parkwalk capital through three channels: introduction via their university's tech-transfer office (the primary route for university-specific funds), direct submission through the 'Seeking funding?' form on parkwalk.vc, or co-investor introduction. Parkwalk deploys continuously from EIS fund capital raised from retail and high-net-worth investors, so deal timing depends on the firm's portfolio pipeline rather than a fixed calendar cycle.

EIS equity funding via Parkwalk Advisors for UK university spinouts in DeepTech, HealthTech, and CleanTech, deployed through university-linked and open EIS funds managed by the UK's largest growth EIS fund manager.
