In scope: electrochemical ultra long duration energy storage that can deliver at least 100 continuous hours of discharge and work for at least 25 years, supporting a planned UK demonstration by 2030. Innovate UK takes a technology-neutral approach inside those boundaries. Your project must fit one of two streams and show your team can carry the work from study through demonstration to deployment.
