The opportunity supports research that addresses the STFC Science Challenges in particle physics, nuclear physics, astrophysics, astronomy, cosmology, solar system physics, and particle astrophysics. Short proposals are for exploratory study by users new to HPC; thematic proposals must be centred on a singular scientific theme.
