Youth Co:Lab National Innovation Challenge
Awards Indian youth-led startups seed grants for solutions to sustainable textiles, circular economy or food and water systems.
Applications are judged on five stated criteria: Problem Statement, USP alignment with Responsible Consumption and Mission LiFE, start-up potential and scalability, environmental or social impact, and business model viability. A startup doesn't need to be formally registered to apply -- unregistered ventures are accepted and only need to complete registration if selected -- and there's no required…
The challenge is for youth-led startups and NGOs proposing solutions under the 'Responsible Consumption' theme, in one of three focus areas: sustainable textiles and fashion, the circular economy, or sustainable food systems and water conservation. Founders must be 15-29, with the age cap raised to 35 for women, people with disabilities, LGBTIQA+ individuals, tribal entrepreneurs, and entrepreneurs from minority communities.
