The challenge is run by Zepto with DPIIT and FSSAI, seeking AI, automation and IoT solutions for food safety across quick commerce — including expiry detection, hygiene and contamination monitoring, and automated quality control for fresh produce. Both working prototypes and idea-stage innovations are welcome, and any scalable tech solution improving food safety, traceability or operational excellence is in scope even outside the three listed problem statements.
