MVP Ventures Program
Supports Competitive Grants NSW small and medium-sized enterprises commercialising innovative products at technology level.
The MVP Ventures Program is Investment NSW's flagship competitive grant for early-stage commercialisation. It funds businesses advancing a technology from TRL 3 (proof of concept) to TRL 9 (market-ready) over a 3–12 month project window. Standard stream covers up to 50% of eligible project costs (max $50k); priority stream for women-owned, regionally-based, or Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander-owned enterprises covers up to 75% (max $75k) with a lower 25% co-contribution floor. Round 3 FY2025-26 ran 9 March – 10 April 2026 with a $3 million pool. The program sits under the NSW Innovation Blueprint 2035 and is administered by Investment NSW (Premier's Department). Multiple rounds run per fiscal year (rounds 2 and 3 confirmed for FY2025-26).
