Overseas Talent Pioneer Park Support Programs
Offers overseas founder support in the Zhongguancun network with startup services and risk cover.
ZGCAC operates a network of 45 Overseas Talent Pioneer Parks within the Zhongguancun Innovation Demonstration Zone, supporting over 6,000 overseas returnee start-up companies. Support types documented include R&D subsidies for small/micro enterprises, funding for cutting-edge technology development, insurance subsidies for pioneering products, and angel venture capital risk subsidies. Priority applicants are overseas returnees, international innovative teams, outstanding overseas returnee entrepreneurs, and Belt and Road Initiative project participants. The parks provide space (approx. 1.4M sq m incubation capacity), capital connections, team services, and market development resources. Financial support for game-changing technology projects extends up to three consecutive years per the source.
