The Support Fund of Zhongguancun Demonstration Zone for Improving Entrepreneurship Service and Promoting Talent Development is administered by ZGCAC from its annual special fund allocation. It offers tiered reimbursement subsidies and one-off awards across multiple sub-tracks: professional equipment, entrepreneurship activities, graduate enterprise incentives, returning overseas talent, foreign talent enterprises, overseas talent special services, young entrepreneur startup capital, and high-end leading talent lump sums. Eligibility is limited to enterprises and organisations registered within the Zhongguancun National Innovation Demonstration Zone (Haidian core + 16 sub-parks). Applications are submitted online and reviewed offline per notices published on the Zhongguancun website; there is no fixed annual deadline. Maximum caps per category range from CNY 100,000 (young entrepreneur no-investment track) to CNY 3 million/year (professional equipment/facilities for service agencies).
