iNNpulsa ColombiaColombiaGrant

Sostenibilidad para la Cadena de Valor del Turismo is iNNpulsa Colombia's sustainability route for the tourism economy. It is run under the agency's competitiveness and territorial sustainability line and focuses on businesses that shape the visitor experience: hotels, restaurants, travel agencies, tour operators, community-based tourism organizations, artisans, and popular-economy microenterprises. The program is designed to help that value chain reduce its environmental footprint while staying commercially competitive. The program offers up to 30 hours of specialised training and technical accompaniment for 905 selected beneficiaries, with support of up to COP 122,000,000 per beneficiary for environmental upgrades. Eligible uses include energy-efficient equipment, water- and energy-saving technologies, waste management, and emissions reduction. It also pairs the technical route with 174 commercial networking rounds and up to 42 territorial events, and the intake remains open until 1,300 beneficiaries are reached. The strongest fit is a tourism business that can convert operational changes into lower costs, better environmental performance, and a clearer market story. Because the support is tied to concrete improvements, applicants that already manage facilities or service networks can show impact more quickly than purely informal operators. The program is less about generic sustainability messaging and more about moving specific tourism businesses toward measurable upgrades.
