Applications are rolling — they can be submitted before, during, or after project completion — and run until the allocation is depleted. Eligible work covers thermal insulation, window and door replacement, passive house construction, solar PV systems, heat pumps, biomass boilers, rainwater storage, green roofs, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, and EV charging stations. Funding sources include Next Generation EU (NGEU/RRF) and the EU Modernisation Fund. Eligible applicants are owners and builders of family houses and apartment buildings — both individuals and legal entities.
