State Environmental Fund of the Czech Republic (SFZP CR) is the Czech Republic's main public body for financing environmental protection under the Ministry of the Environment. Since 1992 it has invested more than CZK 231 billion to protect and improve the country's environment, nature, and landscape.

It administers the Operational Programme Environment 2021-2027, the Modernisation Fund, the New Green Savings Programme, the National Programme Environment, the Operational Programme Just Transition, and Norway Grants. The Operational Programme Environment has a EUR 2.4 billion budget and can cover up to 95 percent of eligible costs, while the Czech Modernisation Fund allocation is at least CZK 300 billion over 2021-2030. The fund works across energy efficiency, renewable power, climate adaptation, water and sewerage, circular economy, nature, pollution, heating systems, industry, public transport, public buildings, municipal lighting, and community energy.

SFZP CR acts as an intermediary body for the ministry rather than as a single-purpose grant desk. It is most relevant to municipalities, state and local bodies, research institutes, schools, companies, nonprofits, and other applicants that need a public channel for climate and environmental investment.
