FINCOME is a Moroccan government mobility program run with CNRST, MESRSI, and the ministry responsible for foreign affairs and Moroccans living abroad. It brings Moroccan diaspora scientists and experts back to Morocco for research and expertise missions at universities, public research bodies, and socio-economic actors working with innovation.
